Resonate Personal Training (RPT) helps busy people build strength, energy, and confidence with a coaching-first approach. We offer 1 on 1, semi-private, and small-group training—plus fully online accountability coaching when you need flexibility.
Our approach is simple and effective.
You get a plan built for your goals and training history, progressed in focused 4-week phases. We pair smart strength training with nutrition made practical: shopping lists, meal plans, and so much more. Weekly accountability check-ins keep you on track without the guilt trip.

Meet the Staff
Hi, I’m Drew—owner of RPT. After earning my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University, I moved to the Dallas–Fort Worth area and cut my teeth at a leading personal-training studio in North Dallas. I worked my way up to Head Trainer, coaching clients of all ages while mentoring new coaches and building programs that actually fit busy lives.
I’ve continued leveling up with credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine: Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Women’s Fitness Specialist (WFS).
My coaching style is simple: meet you where you are, use smart progressions, keep you accountable, and make wins measurable—and sustainable.
