NORMA CONRAD
“I’m Norma Conrad. I’m 64 years old and have trained with Drew for 8 months! I’ve struggled with losing weight, eating right and with pain in one of my knees. While I’ve always exercised, having someone like Drew to push me to my limits and continually coach me on form and the exercises I needed to do was incredibly beneficial..
I’m proud to report, with Drew’s guidance, coaching and counseling, my total weight is down from 170lbs to 134.5lbs, my waist measurement is down from 39” to 34.5”, and my hip measurement 42.8” to 38”
When I was training with Drew, I felt like he cared about my progress. He coached me on calories levels I should consider consuming each day,, questioned me on what I ate & how I cooked to help me make healthy choices. He always helped me with form on my workouts which is very important to me and helped me to exceed what I thought my capabilities were in terms of weight and reps.
My results as shown in the December and August photos below speak for themselves. The best part is that my knee is stronger and no longer hurts me!!!!
If my children lived in the area (35 and 38 year olds) I would recommend Drew to them. We also recommend him to our friends of all ages. Drew is the best!”

MEGAN JOHNSON
“I’m a 46-year-old mother of two grown boys. I spend the majority of my days sitting at a desk working 8–10-hour days. I was heavily into sports growing up and was an avid runner until 2020. Once COVID hit, my workouts became almost non-existent, and I found myself steadily gaining weight. I had lost my motivation to get up and workout and eating less food made no impact on my weight and my metabolism was completely shot.
In December 2024 I went to dinner with a friend for my birthday and we took a picture together; I was utterly shocked at what I saw. I no longer recognized this woman, I had no energy, no motivation, no happiness and was truly questioning where I got lost along the way. At that point, I decided it was time to do something about it. I knew I struggled with the motivation to make myself get up and go to the gym, so in January 2025 I decided I needed to find a personal trainer. Someone who would hold me accountable and make sure I showed up physically and mentally and get back to the old Megan. Thankfully I met Drew!
My weight started out at 149lbs with a body fat of 37.6% and I’m currently down to 133lbs and body fat of 30.2%. I’ve gone down from a clothing size 10 to a size 4. I have seen a dramatic increase in my energy level, overall growth in strength and the happiness and positive attitude have returned. I am close to hitting my goal with 11.2lbs of body fat left to lose and hope to achieve that by my one-year anniversary.
Drew has an amazing ability to motivate and create a positive environment to help anyone achieve their goals. His workouts always pushed me to work harder and not limit myself. He encouraged me to continue to put forth effort on the days I was struggling because he knew I was capable, and he wouldn’t let me quit. If I didn’t show up, he was calling to check in on me, because he knew accountability was important to me. His knowledge and his ability to explain what we’re working on and why are paramount. He was a great guide with nutrition and helped me make better food choices, continuously checking in on my food diary and helping me with alternatives due to a food allergy. He has the ability to completely push you to your limit in your workout, and you leave feeling empowered and stronger than when you walked in the door.
I would highly recommend Drew to anyone who is looking to make a change in their overall health and wellness journey. His ability to see people individually and create a plan to help each person achieve their goals is something that sets him apart in the personal training industry. He truly cares about what he does and making sure he helps you reach your overall goals by providing support, accountability, knowledge, motivation and a great attitude!”

PAVANI TANGIRALA & VIJAY SUBBURAMAN
“My husband [45M] and I [40F] trained with Drew Webb, and it was truly a game changer for our family. We came in with very different fitness goals, and I was also recovering from an injury when we first started. Drew carefully structured the early sessions around rehabilitation and strength, before moving into conditioning, which not only built my confidence but also highlighted the depth of his knowledge and experience. He designed sessions that met both our needs, and it never once felt like a compromise.
As busy professionals, it’s easy to let health slip down the list. But Drew’s approach made training feel both manageable and meaningful. He helped us shift our mindset from a short-term fitness push to a sustainable, long-term commitment. He also provided smart nutrition tips and realistic strategies to help us stay on track, especially during business travel, vacations, and those inevitable “life gets crazy” periods. That kind of forward-thinking support made a big difference in keeping our progress consistent.
Drew also trained our teenagers, who are active in sports and needed strength-focused workouts. They not only saw results but genuinely enjoyed the sessions which is a true testament to Drew’s ability to connect across ages and training needs.
Confident yet flexible, Drew listened, adjusted, and guided us with professionalism, empathy, and consistency. Training with him never felt like a chore. We looked forward to every session and always left feeling supported and motivated. In the span of a year, my husband and I each lost about 20 lbs of body fat while gaining lean muscle which is a major step in the right direction!
If you’re looking for a reliable, supportive, and thoughtful coach who can help you build lasting results, Drew is the one. He genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that care makes all the difference.”

LISA WILLIS
“Before I started training with Drew, I had spent over two decades trying to lose weight and get fit with minimal, unsustainable results. Life, desk jobs, and family responsibilities always seemed to derail my progress. I had accepted that significant change might just be impossible for me, especially as I approached my late 50s.
Drew proved me wrong. In just under a year of working with him, I achieved more than I had in my 30s and 40s combined. I lost over 30 pounds of body fat, saw my body fat percentage drop by over 6%, and built enough strength to lift weights I never thought possible. His approach was so effective because it was perfectly tailored. He had a knack for calibrating the workout to my current strength level, always finding ways to challenge me without ever overwhelming me. If an exercise wasn’t working, he would easily pivot to an alternative move that was just as effective. There was never any question that my sessions would be productive and safe. But the data only tells half the story. The true victory is in how I feel. For the first time in years, I have the strength and energy for my life. Getting out of my car, climbing stairs without being winded, recovering from a stumble, or getting up from the floor with ease; these were all daily struggles that have now dissipated. The joint pain I accepted as normal has decreased dramatically. These changes might not always be visible to others, but to me, they are everything.
What truly sets Drew apart is his personalized, attentive method. He expertly adapted every workout for my history of knee replacement and hip and joint pain, but he never let those adaptations become limitations. He never made assumptions about what I could do based on my age or past injuries; instead, he found smart, effective ways to help me do it. His killer attention to detail was everything—he was constantly coaching my form, offering those critical reminders under stress to ensure I was protected from injury and getting the absolute most out of every single movement. He has a sixth sense for knowing exactly when I had more in the tank, especially when I thought I didn’t, all while providing the unwavering accountability and support I needed to stay consistent.
He gave me more than a workout plan; he gave me a sustainable roadmap for health. By focusing on protein intake and debunking the myth of extreme calorie restriction, he helped me build habits that are now a seamless part of my life. If you have tried everything and feel stuck, if you believe your best years are behind you, or if you simply need a guide who will invest in your success as deeply as you do, work with Drew. He will meet you where you are and get you further down the road than you could ever go on your own.
I am living proof that it’s never too late to get stronger. Drew is the best trainer I have ever worked with, and any client would be lucky to have him. He has my highest possible recommendation.”

BRUCE CONRAD
“My name is Bruce and I trained with Drew for almost a year. I’m 64 and was interested in losing weight, gaining muscle and preparing for a difficult backpacking expedition in Alaska with my sons. Although I worked out consistently, I hadn’t made any real progress in years. I realized I wasn’t working out in an organized way and with the intensity I needed to really improve. Also, I was concerned about potential injuries and wanted to make sure I learned the proper form for the exercises I would do.
During my time training with Drew, I lost over 5 inches off my waist, 24lbs from my maximum weight and gained nearly 3 pounds of muscle. Equally importantly, I gained a significant amount of strength, even being able to now complete 10 chin-ups with perfect form, Deadlift 205 lbs for 12 reps and improved my strength on every exercise we did. Also, the backpacking trip was a real challenge but I was able to accomplish it with the level of training Drew provided. At 64, I am very pleased!
I found Drew was a perfect choice for my trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of rotating me through a variety of exercises each week with a strong emphasis on form and progression to get stronger. A key factor for me was to avoid injury while improving and I’m happy to report not a single injury or strain during the entire training period. Importantly, he listened to my goals, and is able to adjust the intensity of the workouts to exactly the client preference, which was very helpful If he hadn’t moved, I would have stayed training with him on a permanent basis.”
