Hey! I’m Coach Drew, owner of Resonate Personal Training here in Lubbock.
I’ve helped busy women go from “I feel tired and uncomfortable in my own body” to feeling strong, confident, and actually excited to take photos again — without spending hours in the gym or cutting everything they enjoy.
I know how hectic college life is, and that’s exactly why this program is built around your schedule, not the other way around.

Q: Do I need a gym membership?
A: Nope. You can do this at the Rec, an apartment gym, or any gym you already have. If you don’t have access to a gym, we can build a home-friendly plan too with Zoom workouts available
Q: How long are the workouts?
A: Most workouts are 30–45 minutes, 3–4 times per week, depending on your schedule and experience level.
Q: I’m a beginner. Is this still for me?
A: Yes! We’ll start at your level and build up. You don’t need to “be in shape” before starting.
Q: Is this only for Texas Tech students?
A: No, but it’s built with college-aged women in Lubbock in mind. If you’re in that age range and local, you’re welcome.
Q: What happens after I apply?
A: I will reach out to you immediately to schedule your first Goal Meeting and On-boarding
Q: What if the 15 spots are full?
A: You can still apply, and we’ll let you know when the next round opens up.
